It includes a 60-minute working session, a researched 4% Workday Plan built for your business, and a 30-minute review call to walk you through it.

Before the call, you will complete a short intake form. During the 60-minute session, we will walk through how the work gets done now and identify the biggest recurring time drains.

After the call, I do the research and build your 4% Workday Plan. About 72 hours later, we meet for 30 minutes and I walk you through the one or two fixes worth doing first, what they could save, and the simplest way to put them into action.

The goal is to uncover at least five hours a week in realistic time-saving opportunities.

If I cannot identify at least five hours a week in realistic time-saving opportunities across the assessment and follow-up review, I will refund your $497. You still keep whatever useful ideas come out of the process.
